Eligibility Criteria for Refunds

Refunds are considered only under specific circumstances as outlined below:

1. Service Deficiency

Refunds shall be considered only in the event there is a clear, visible deficiency with the service or product purchased from TaxQue. This includes:

  • Failure to deliver promised services
  • Significant errors in service delivery
  • Non-compliance with agreed service specifications

2. Commencement Delay

If the TaxQue team fails to initiate the assigned activity within 24 hours of your payment confirmation, you are eligible for a full refund. We prioritize prompt service initiation and take responsibility for any delays on our part.

3. Government Deadline Non-Compliance

In cases where the TaxQue team fails to meet specified completion dates set by regulatory authorities (such as the Government of India), you are eligible for a full refund. We understand the importance of regulatory compliance and timelines for tax-related services.

4. Non-Eligible Scenarios

Refunds are NOT considered in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after service purchase
  • Delayed submission of required documents by the customer
  • Service already initiated or work shared with the customer
  • Customer-provided incorrect information leading to service issues

Note: In case of change of mind after work has commenced, we offer the option to apply your payment towards other TaxQue services.

  • Amount: 100% of service fee (excluding any government fees paid on your behalf)

Note: Refunds to bank accounts may take additional time based on your bank's processing period.
